My Journey in TiideLab PreFellowship Cohort 4Tiidelab

How the Prefellowship went

Introducing Myself

My name is John Oluwatobi Abidoye and I am learning Web development to become a full-stack web developer, presently I am a junior frontend developer. I will love to share my experience in the last few weeks in TiideLab.

TiideLab

Tiidelab is a Tech Fellowship where Cohort is hosted to help people learn how to become proficient Software developers and they have helped a lot of young students and people to acquire this skill set and get a job at a company or a freelancing job. I have been trying to get access to Tiidelab since last year but it was not possible because I have a friend that attend in 2020 and has become very good and now a Software developer but because of school and other things I have not been able but by the Grace of God this year I was able to attend into the fellowship program Cohort 4 through the help of two good friends who are graduate from Tiidelab I was sent the flyer and I got the opportunity to attend the fellowship and the fellowship was full of a lot of experience.

Prefellowship Experience

The Experience was good and okay. it all started with normal lectures from the facilitators and there is also a CCAT test using (Ksolution) every week which entails English language, Mathematics, and critical thinking there are also questions to answer relating to the lecture for that particular week. As we continue each week I see that the number in the prefellowship group begins to reduce I was so afraid that I will not be evicted πŸ™πŸ™ but As we continue I was following the instruction and updated my weekly task to meet up and I make a form which was upload on Twitter and I mean I was so happy about that😁😁😁

let me show something I engaged in

And this is some of my project work and I will love to talk about when we are pear together to work on a project we have worked on our personal ones😁😁😁 it was really interesting where my Mentor was Ayodele Samuel Adebayo😁.... but before I move on let me share the pictures of my personal work during the learning of the Prefellowship Cohort 4

My Experience with my Team

I was grouped with group two where the Mentor assigned to my group is Ayodele Samuel Adebayo and it was a good moment with him even tho he is always busy but we have a good team leader and I was able to meet Mr. Gbenga who helped me with my git issues I was not really having difficulties with the coding of HTML and CSS but for the git, I have not really perfect my learning well but because of the group project I was able to understand both Git and Github better... at first I was not assigned any project but later I was asked to work on the contact us page and it was a nice work so far, check below to see it

I just want to use this medium to appreciate TIIDELab for the privilege to learn and I believe I will continue to learn till I come good and better. Thank you to my team Members
